COTABATO SUGAR CENTRAL CO., INC, an established industrial firm located in Matalam, North Cotabato is presently looking for qualified applicants to join the team. We are looking for dynamic and topnotch professionals to fill-up the following positions:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
(FOR FACTORY OPERATIONS)

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics and Communication Engineer and Chemist;
• With very good scholastic records;
• With high leadership and supervisory skills;
• Computer Literate (MS Office, AUTOCAD, etc.);
• With good background in engineering design, research and development.

POLLUTION CONTROL SUPERVISOR

• Must be a licensed Chemical/Environmental Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years experience in pollution control management, at least 2 years of which in supervisory capacity, accreditation as Pollution Control Officer is an advantage;
• Requires knowledge of air pollution control management, wastewater treatment, solid waste disposal, project management as well as Company operations. Must be able to plan, develop and implement efficient procedures;
• Must be computer literate and possesses leadership, motivation and communication skills.

MECHANICAL WORKS IN-CHARGE

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer with experience in project planning, design, and implementation;
• Position requires technical adequacy in mechanical unit operations, computer-aided drawings, draft and design software, and basic mechanical and chemical engineering principles and should have a background in material estimates;
• Must be computer literate with knowledge on AUTOCAD and Microsoft office;
• Self-motivated and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.

CIVIL WORKS IN-CHARGE

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer;
• With at least 2-3 years experience in civil works principles, project planning, design and implementation and material estimates;
• With ability to draft plans, prepare programs of works and cost estimates;
• Computer literate;
• With knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
• Self-motivated and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
